Hello!

Does anybody know what type the ceramic antenna for the MiRF v2 - Module is?

I don't need a socket, a ceramic antenna would be ok.
Where can I get such a ceramic antenna? (I'm from Switzerland)

Don't put a ground track underneath it like SFE did!!!

Just look at it, you'll see what I mean. They use the same board for the ceramic antenna and an SMA connector. The pad is a ground connection for the SMA connector.
