How do I connect my RS-232 connector to my Bluetooth module?

I have a Bluetooth DIP Module - Roving Networks which uses a RN-41 chip. I can communicate to the module using Bluetooth but cannot get the RS-232 link working. The chip has pins labeled Vcc, GND, RX and TX. but no other labeled pins (like CTS, RTS). Do only connect the RX and TX pins to my RS-232 connector, or are there other necessary connections? Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks.
