Hi,
I have GM862 USB EVK V3 and GM-862-GPS and having problem with running it.
I have done following:
1) Inserted GM862-GPS module on EVK board.
2) Inserted SIM card and conected exteran anntena for GPS and GSM.
3) Inserted USB cable in module and then in usb port.
4) System recognized and installed driver. Assigned port is COM8.
6) Pressed on button on Eval board for 2 sec ( green light is blinking )
5) Opened HyperTerm and used 9600,8,None,1 and Hardware flow control
6) Pressed Call in HyperTerm and I cannot input any characters in HyperTerm window.
I tryed with DTR Low and DTR High. ( what should be? - dtr high is for running python scripts as I think )
Could anyone advise please.
PS: Do I need external power supply if I am running on USB port and what are the values if I do need it.
