I am doing a camera surveillance project

My idea is to use

Camera Module with JPEG image out via. UART + AVRmega32 + SD Card

Now i have to transfer the images to a PC in a wireless manner

Which is better RF or Bluetooth, I am planning for a mass production

I want to know about manufacturing a camera module similar to COmedia camera module.
