Micromod USB not recognized#241245

Tried 2x computers, 2x USB cables and 2x other system boards - Micromod will not show up. Must be doing something wrong?? LEDs on - not much else working?
Setup is micromod single with SMT32 and LoRa.

All help would be appreciated

Run through the steps here https://learn.sparkfun.com/tutorials/mi ... rogramming, including installing STMCube and complete the DFU bootloader section and see how it goes

Do you have a linux or windows PC to test against to rule out OSx issues?
