Is it possible to use the SparkFun OpenLog Artemis with a Coin Cell, Rechargeable Battery, 3.6 V, Lithium-Ion, 120 mAh, if I change R4 ( LipPo charger circuit) to 15kOhm? This in combination with a small coin cell holder connected to VBATT and GND Pins

I was thinking about this as well, because I need to use a smaller LiPo battery (about 400 mAh). Did you manage to change R4 and did it work?
