This is a pretty simple setup, but for some reason I just can't seem to get the part working. :doh: I haven't ruled out a bad soldering job yet, but I've tried a couple of times now with fresh parts and can't get the device to show up on my pc.

Any help is appreciated.

You haven't posted the full schematic or pcb, so it's hard to tell. One thing that jumps out to me is connecting Vbus to 3.3V. It should be connected to Vbus on the USB connector through a divider (if the CP2014 is powered from an external supply) or directly (if it is bus powered).
