esp32 clock frequency

The ESP32 thing states the clock frequency of 240 Mhz. based on the SPI clock it looks to me that it is running at 160 Mz.
How do I change it to 240Mhz. A bug in the chip states I must change it from 160 to 80 to 40 then to 240.
Doese any ont know how this is done? :)
