I just ordered 20 of the scrap PCBs. In the past, when I ordered them, I received what was described - old revs, bad silk, routing errors, but otherwise intact boards. This time, they were really scrap. 18 of them were defaced with a black sharpie and more than half of them had either deep scratches through the solder mask or round holes where it appears the core was missing or damaged. These aren't even usable as artwork. Tech support said "They’re scrap boards, there is a reason that they were scrapped. They are sold as coasters, not as functional boards to use."
