Hello all,

I have a question about those LED tactile buttons that i found here. How do they actually work?
My project needs a button pad that has LEDs underneath it and the LEDs should be off when the rubber button is pressed which cannot be done with the button pad and RGB LEDs alone, so I thought that these LED tactile buttons would work better under the button pad, so my question is, does the light turns on whenever the LED tactile button is pressed? Or can I program it as I want it to be?
And are there any other options that I can use with my button pad in order to make it a kind of switch that whenever the button is pressed, the RGB light turns off ( i guess there are some metal rounded pieces which has forks to be attached under the rubber button pad in order to make it a switch but I don't know what is that called so if anyone knows please tell me)

Note: I got the rubber button pad from sparkfun as well

Thanks in advance
