Program a 328 with Tiny AVR Programmer?#182469

Have no problems programming a breadboarded ATTiny 85 with the Tiny Programmer, but can't find how to program a barebones breadboarded 328 with bootloader already installed (16 MHz resonator connected.) Using the 1.6.4 IDE which allows the addition of boards in the board manager, but doesn't seem to allow the addition of individual AVRs. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks!

If it's a standard 328, just choose the Arduino with 328 @16MHz selections..
