Hello folks!
I've already started a thread in the Projects discussion board, but I figured I may be able to get a little more assistance in this particular thread, seeing as it's dedicated to wireless transmissions and such.
In the original thread, https://forum.sparkfun.com/viewtopic.php?f=42&t=39089, I explain what it is I'm trying to build, and what materials I have to work with, but my main issue is Xbee, and the configuration and coding needed to make them work the way I'd like.
Basically, I'm going to have probably two main devices loaded into the suit that I'm designing. A single Lilypad Arduino Mainboard, and the El-Sequencer from Sparkfun here https://www.sparkfun.com/products/11323.
I'm 100% new to Xbee, and I'm having a little trouble learning how to treat it's connection, and what code to write in order to use it. From what I understand, it's basically just a serial connection using RF communication. Keeping this in mind, I was looking for a way to use Xbee to control the suit and all it's functions at any given time.
