Hi all,

Real simple question here- I have a board that needs to be 1mm thick (or as close to that as possible). It seems like every cheap PCB fab house only supplies 0.062" (about 1.6mm) thick boards.

Can anyone recommend a fab house to try that has somewhat reasonable pricing? The cheapest I've found is around $160 for 3 - 5 boards. That's a huge jump from the $5 I paid for OSHPark! My boards are only 1" x 0.5".

They can do 1 mm at no extra cost, apparently.

Let us know how you get on. I've used them for several boards, but they were all standard 1.6 mm thickness.
