First, thanks in advance for any help with this question--I'm new to PCB design!

I'm wondering does anyone know how to find an EagleCad footprint for a 7mm x 7mm, 64-pin TQFP?

Basically, I recently bought an Altera MAX V CPLD in this package:

When a bought it, I thought 7mm x 7mm was strange, but thought maybe it was a typo--turns out it was not...

Create your own. It's easy with the PCB software I use.
