Ever managed to get an MLF32 chip in your PCB design?

I am trying for a couple of days now to get an Atmega168 MLF32 in my design. To no avail...

I have changed the footprint, but keep getting errors on the first 2 pins on all 4 corners. Just the footprint, not the rest of my design:

Would like to hear from people who managed to do this.

I did... allthrough it needed some rework of the footprint. When my PCB arrives and it turns out that it works with the Atmega168 MLF32, then I can share the part in the atmel library.
