hi im having problems with the modulegm862-gps im newbie first i have this issue i send the commands

AT#BND?
#BND: 1
OK
AT#BND=0
OK
AT+CPIN=111
OK

but then the module breaks i can't continue sending AT commands what i can do to fix the problem?? im using hyperterminal to send the commands but if dont put the sim card i can use the module

HI be sure press the bottom al least 5 Sec until green light starts to blink the module is turn on and be sure that you have conected the power supply if dont your module will works but without the sim card so if put on the sim card and you try to connect to a network it turns off because only with the usb connector it can only supply 0.5 A at max an the module needs 2A max so you will need to add power connector i hope this will help you
