I've encountered the following problems, when I work in mode 1, after the first data was recorded, when it begins to record the second data, the red LED blinks and indicates an SD card error. I can find exactly one record in the SD card file. I have been succeed couple of times, but many times it failed in this way. Any body experienced this, too?

seems to be a SD card compatiblity problem, I changed to a Lexar card, it worked for a pretty long time. I was using a Kingston 512MB card. But I'm not sure how reliable is it, for how long it can stand. What kind of SD cards are you guys using with your logger?
