I have several carrier boards and have ESP32, SAMD51 and RP2040 processors. I created a text file that relates the processor pins to to carrier board names.
I also have many Qwiic boards so I created a text file of addresses so I can figure out if there will be any problems.
I have done this with other boards as chip select pins vary from board to board even with the same function.
