"cheap" GPS with external antenna (SMA connector)#222204

Is it possible to get a "cheap" GPS module with external antenna (external connector)? Seems the GPS-SAM-M8Q has built-in antenna, but it is not good for me, and I do not want one of the expensive GPS modules either. So having the M8Q or similar price class with SMA connector would be great.

You could always toss a connector on your board and connect any GPS you want to that.

Yes, but that defeats the purpose of the A la carte, right? In this case, I can just build a master PCB with KiCAD and solder breakouts on it.
