I seen a BLE HID library example for Adafruit Feather nRF52840 Express.
It could work on the artemis acording to this... "BLE52_Mouse_and_Keyboard and has only been tested using boards based on nRF52840 processors. It may work on older Adafruit Bluefruit BLE devices but we have not yet had the opportunity to test it on those platforms. "

seems to be the thing to try on a artemis nano...

You could give it a try, but there may be Nordic/NRF52840 specific code in there that won't work on Artemis.
If you try and it works, let everyone know.
