I recently had a Tsunami Wav trigger installed in a gallery. The device is playing back three looped audio files. The trigger points are connected so when the device is powered, the playback is triggered instantly. It was working fine for a few weeks, and I got word from a curator that random loud noise is emitted (sounding a lot like feedback, but they couldn't give me much more information than that). It is apparently so disruptive that they have had to leave the device off.
