Hello,
I received a promotional e-mail for a 10% discount so I thought I would give it a try today.
After putting $76 in the cart, the checkout process shows free shipping. This is what I expect.
After entering the Promo code, the free shipping option disappears. This is odd.
Add more items to cart to account for the 10% discount and still have $75 cost, still no free shipping option.
Can someone explain the logic behind this procedure?
Does a promo discount never receive a free shipping option?
Is there a different minimum order amount with a promo order to qualify for free shipping?

I am trying to reproduce this to see what is going on. Can you tell me the items that you had in your cart? The free shipping goes based on the subtotal of the order, and not the grand total after a promotional code is used.

I think I see what happened. Initially, there was a quickpost option under UPS; but now it is further down under Economy shipping. Thanks.
