First of all does anyone have experience to know if BGA with just hot air reflow works well, (or maybe skillet or oven).

I would like some processors that only really are available in BGA. Also does anyone know of good places that would actually do the whole PCB/assembly of parts in relatively low numbers (<100 certainly)???

As my experience, ENIG surface is also good for BGA area and vias in the BGA will usually be filled with solder mask oil. but most of user will use HASL considering the price reason.
