It should have arrived here by now.
How can I know the status of my shipment ?

Thanks for checking with us on this. Your package was shipped on May 7th. Unfortunately, the First Class Mail International shipping method you chose is not trackable or insured, so we have no way of determining its location and cannot file a claim for it as a lost package. The average delivery time for this shipping method is 2-4 weeks, but may take up to 6 weeks or longer. Also, please know that customs can hold a package up to 30 days without informing the recipient.


The Label Number that you were given, while not scanned or used anywhere in the United States, may help you locate your package in customs. Likely your package is still in transit.
