How to receive a password from matrix keypad to msp430g2553

Hello,
I have to make a Project with the msp430g2553 for a subject from my post graduation course. And in my Project the msp430 will receive a password from a matrix keypad to active a dc motor and unlock a door. But I can’t make the part of the code that read the inputs and receive the password, and so I’m here looking for someone to help me with this. If somebody can help me I’ll tell the hardware details, and the I/O that I want to use.
