I just bought a MSP430 413STK from you, but I could not make it work for the simplest examples. I got this message "Could not get device indentification" from IAR CSPY. I suspect that there is some hardware problem. Can you give some suggestions to solve the problem? Or I need to return this product? Thank You.

all boards are 100% tested so it's more likely something on your side in setup of the Kickstart project or in cable connection or power supply.
First question: did you put batteries with the right polarity in the battery holder and did you connect (short) POWER jumper down right on 413STK?
