I try to put 8M crystal on MSP430F149 head board. Do I need to solder on two 12 pF load capacitor or are they already on the board. They are on the schematic, but don't seem to be on the board.

The H149 needs two 0805 12pF to 22pF capacitors soldered to the board (bottom side) if you install your own crystal.
