unknow samplefrequentie

Hi,
using the eZ430 - RF2500, which has a MSP430F2274 included,
i still don't know what my exact sampling frequentie is.
I use the internal oscillator "ADC10OSC", which is in the range of 5MHz.
But i suppose that this cannot be the exact one. Converting analog signals needs a few clockcycles so i have to devide 5 MHz by the clockcycles the hardware needs to convert.
But how can i know exact?
Any help would be welcome
