I'm currently planning on designing a prototype for my thesis and was looking at the MSP430F1611, however my requirements have increased.

Can somone recommend me an MSP430 that that would have more than 8 Analog Inputs (around 10) and bit more RAM (currently looking at 128+)?

The MSP430F155 piques my interest but I'm pretty newish with MSP's product range.
