Careful reading of the datasheet and any technotes or appnotes that might be provided by the vendor. Next comes hours of research and analyzing similar designs that you might find on the web. Then when you have specific questions come back and ask.
Your initial question is very broad and akin to "I have a scalpel, how do I perform brain surgery?". To which we would have to answer "very carefully".
