Hi,
I bought the avr programmer available on sparkfun shop :

I installed an external quartz (20 MHz) and update lfuse low bits with avrdude (I followed these instructions : http://www.instructables.com/id/Build-a ... n-the-AVR/ )
But now, I can't access to my atmega328p with avrdude...
Can my avr programmer communicate with atmega328p at 20 MHz ?
If not, How can I rollback ?
