Could anybody help me conecting this two devices?

Ke-204 is a photointerrupt with 2 Vout signals (90ยบ phased ones)
(how Can I attach the datasheet here?)

I attached the Vout to Digital pins in Arduino and Vcc to +5V.
Is necessary plug Ground too?

I do it directly... maybe some kind of resistance?

Thanks,
Mudo

Without an internal schematic of the device, it's hard to say if you need to use resistors or not. If there are current limiting resistors on the diodes in the device, then you probably don't need them.

As for GND, Vcc doesn't do a much work without it - so yes, you'll need to hook up GND to the circuit in some way.
