Wurth Electronics USB thing

In our bag of freebies from the AVC, there was a USB dongle from Wurth Electronics. What does this thing do?

I have no idea either, but I did find a Wurth web-page that seemed to be the same dongle and described it as some sort of RF testing rig. Maybe for testing for RF noise or interference or something. I don't remember exactly it was a few weeks ago that I looked it up.
