I tried to get a data sheet, but they want a Non-Disclosure signed, and I didn't meet the purchase volume requirements (plus my products don't use ToF sensing!).

The part is practically brand new. Give them a bit of time to release the real specifications and datasheet to the general public...if they haven't already. I didn't look too hard.
