DIP IC Storage Rails Tubes

I guess I'm the only one working at the trailing edge of technology, but I have a mass of old DIP 0.3" and 0.6" chips that I would love to "tube up". I see that Jameco sells the tubes, but they seem a little pricey. Does Sparkfun deal in DIP? What do they do with surplus tubes/rails?
