ICL7660 Breakout

How about a small inverter breakout, based on the 7660S or similar? For all of those op amp projects when you don't have a negative supply handy...
Finding a chip that works to +15V would be great, I believe the 7660S is limited to +12V in. And please put at least one mounting hole big enough for a 4-40 spacer!
