Have you taken a look at TI's CC3000 Evaluation Module? It is basically a breakout board, for $35.00
That includes the chip antenna and/or jack connection. I've found TI's evaluation modules to be very well designed, well made and good bargains; particularly for devices with design-critical layout requirements.
