Need to expose Smart Card contacts externally!

Hi ... i need the opposite of the Breakout Board for Smart Cards (BOB-09440) ... i need a dumb smart card with points at the end to expose the contacts externally. Not sure I'm being clear!
So it would look like a smart-card ... but a bit longer than normal ... and have an 8 pin header at the end to enable to connect to other devices!
Can't find anything of the sort ... if it exists please show me .. if not - please make it!?
