As the title says you have a sheild but nothing really for breadboard use. I would like to be able to plug my em-406 into a breadboard to use with non arduino microcontrollers.

I got this nice adapter (powerselectable 3.3V or 5V, batterybackup, 0.1" 4-pin header, etc):

but it is far from perfect, because:
- covers the only hole of the GPS pcb
- exceeds two sides of the GPS pcb
- has an (IMHO) useless Ardupilot jack

I would gladly buy an L-shaped adapter without those three problems.

Alas, I had to secure them (GPS+adapter) using duct tape...
