A message for Olimex: your AVR boards like the nice ATmega128 still have the 10-pin ICSP header. Atmel has completely discontinued the AVRISP and the new device, the AVRISP MkII, has only the 6-pin ICSP ribbon cable. Please consider revising your header/development boards so that they can be used with the new 'ISP device.
