Is it possible to get a 50G accelerometer. We are flying a payload into space with a max acc of 50Gs. You sell an 18G one then the next step is a 250G one. With a 10bit ADC that really limits our precision.

PS If it helps this is a University of Wyoming payload flying on RocksatX, CU Boulder project.

The ADXL78 may be the one you want. It will do +/- 50G. Check out:

Analog Devices has a whole bunch, and you may find one better suited to your purposes than the one I chose. You can find all the info you're likely to need at:
