Power over Ethernet breakout with components

I'd love to get a breakout for Power over Ethernet. Something that lets us get between 3.3V to 12V from Power over Ethernet switches. Maybe a built in regulator for multiple output voltages. I know you can do it, and I'm sure we would buy it.
