Doesn't look custom - looks like they used an MP3 player case and gutted the internals.

Looks like it's the same project that Seeed is working on.

Is this your project or something you found? I'm just trying to figure out all the background connections.

The DSO-Nano from Seeed Studio is a rebrand of the Chinese DSO201 that was posted in the first post. They're identical units. I believe that Seeed is using different firmware, though I'm not sure. I know that they released older versions of their firmware in their forum, and many users have created GUI upgrades. But otherwise it's a rebrand of the DSO201.
