Hi,
I was wondering if you have considered a product concerning the mbga layouts used by analog devices dsp's. I have been looking all over the place for an adapter or socket to be able to use these but everything I find is several hundred dollars (wayyyy out of my price range).

The model numbers are
adsp-2188nbca-320 a 144-ball mgba
and
adsp-21160mkb-80 a 400-ball mgba

if you don't have any plans for a product like this, do you know of a place that does?[/list]

The problem with BGA breakout boards is that there is no way of hand soldering BGA packages - as far as I know :)

Current assembly standards require special wave solder machines and Xray inspection equipment (expensive).
