Win2k and cp2103 driver

I have tried to load the driver for Win2k without success.

Is the anthing I should know about this ?

Has anyone used these ( cp2103 ) devices with any windows systems ??

I have tried these drivers with W98se and W2K and they do niot work.

Does anyone have an insight to my lack of joy . :(
