I made the eagle parts and laid out what I am looking for.

Note: I haven't sent the latest version to the cadsoft site yet.
The purpose is to be able to make pref board prototypes without having to deal with the surface mount.
Right now I plan on ordering PCB's and making up a couple AT91Sam7S256 boards.
Since the AT91Sam7Sxxx series can be programed either by USB or Jtag, I figure it's up to the user to decide which to put on there main board.
