Light spectrometer in the 700nm to 2500nm range

I've been playing with the AS7263 NIR spectral breakout (https://www.sparkfun.com/products/14351) but it's range is limited to 610nm to 860nm. I'm interested in hand-held soil analysis so I need 700nm to 2500nm range. Any suggestions on a component that would be compatible with the Sparkfun universe I otherwise inhabit?
