New Here with Servo question.

Hello everyone,
Me and the wife have been playing with the ideal of making here puppet dragons move using servos and servo triggers which works great for the wings but not so much for the head movement. Is there a real simple way to make the servo move left to right and back to center with out getting real complicated. I a really new at the Robotics game!
