Body temperature range during a full day is an indication of body type or "dosha" in Ayurvedic medicine; unbalances in doshas can be corrected by the right diet. I'm looking for a solution that can monitor body temperature continuously (or frequently), so that the right foods can be ingested at the right time. I ran across this reference design (https://goo.gl/vWrVJq) that looks promising. It's a "passive" body patch that can be activated in the presence of an NFC enabled smartphone. Does anybody have any experience with this design or semiconductor sensors for body temperature that they could share? Thanks.

I don’t have experience with semiconductor temperature sensors, only with thermistors, which are cheaper
