I am adding a toggle switch to my vehicle to enable/interrupt two speed indicator wires. Can I run the two wires into and out of the same 3 terminal switch? They are both always on or off at the same time, just controlling two different aspects of the multi display based on speed. Thanks!

You can as long as the circuits don't mind being tied together. This is often not the case, so you'd probably be better off using a DPDT switch or using that switch to control a double-pole relay (or two separate relays). If you're not sure, keep them separated.
